Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility & Hygiene Standards (Important)

Because our products are personal bedding items, strict hygiene standards apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened and still in its original vacuum-sealed packaging.

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pillows that have been opened, used, or removed from their protective packaging, unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@unoico.com with photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, Unoico will cover the return shipping costs or send a free replacement.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at support@unoico.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
